Senior Business Development Executive - Food Service


  • Commit to achieve agreed sales budget under responsibility
  • Analyze market information and competitive activities. Identify new business opportunities and make recommendation to gain new business.
  • Develop business strategies that benefit both the company and the client and ensure a deep understanding of their business needs
  • Manage annual contract negotiations
  • Maintain and Build good relationship with existing and new customer for set up a solid foundation in order to drive success category
  • Visit customers regularly to keep a great relationship
  • Develop sales channel and business plan that are aligned with company goal
  • Negotiate trade terms with customers to the most beneficial in both way



  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing or related fields
  • 3 years’ experience at least in Brand/Product Management or Marketing field (preferably in Hotel or HORECA Channel)
  • Self- motivated and able to work independently
  • Good command in English and computer-literate
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, negotiation & communication skills
  • Possess “can do” attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, practical creativity, a strong determination & commitment to deliver results
