Senior Business Development Executive - Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Vietnam, Philippines


  •  Manage and drive company business for execution all the sales plan and marketing campaign.
  •  Achievement of monthly and annual sales targets jointly with Line Supervisor.
  •  Quarterly Marketing report concerned to overall business of tableware in Retail HORECA business and updating for all competitors’ activities in the market.
  •  Develop sales channel in order to cover all the target business areas.
  •  Business plan and Sales forecasts on the responsible market.
  •  Cooperate with the company brand team for responsible in managing, directing, setting and coordinating with third party merchandising teams to achieve merchandising plan-o-grams.
  •  Work with the distributor and factory for the production plan to secure the market share and company’s service level.



  •  Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Logistics or related fields
  •  2-3 years experience at least in Export Sales field
  •  Self motivated and able to work independently
  •  Good command of both spoken & written English and Japanese
  •  Computer-literate & have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 
  •  Strong analytical, interpersonal, negotiation & communication skills
  •  Possess “can do” attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, practical creativity, a strong determination & commitment to deliver results
