Human Resources Manager - Industrial Relations & Facility Services
Accountabilities:
Designing and implementing a discipline framework for the company. This will include company policy or regulations design and other employee related processes.
Advising managers on disciplinary issues including misconduct, policy practice violations, corrective actions, and terminations. Reviewing involuntary terminations and disciplinary decisions for fairness, consistency and potential legal liability.
Investigating, assessing and recommend resolutions to employee relations issues through various means, including company action and direct contact from department managers or others.
Being responsible for labour dispute case management, analysis, tracking, documentation and trending, and considering process improvements, interventions or remedial actions as a result.
Consulting with management level regarding high exposure employee relations issues.
Partnering with inside and outside counsels, as appropriate, and developing resolution strategies relating to employee complaints. Ensuring consistency/compliance with Thai Labour laws and regulations.
Working with compliance departments regarding lawsuits, complaint resolutions, understanding applicable laws and potential liability.
Being responsible for ensuring and monitoring compliance with Company policies and procedures via interpretation and communication to company employees and managers.
Providing coaching and assisting HR management with the development and execution of corrective actions and developmental action plans.
Build a good relationship and guide employee to perform accurately according to Company’s policy.
Responsible for the overall performance and success of the Facilities at Manufacturing
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management or related field.
Minimum 8 years’ experience of human resource functions and at least 5-7 years in an Industrial Relations role preferably in a business with both Manufacturing & Trading
Proficient knowledge of Thai Labour laws and regulations.
Proactive, Initiative, good analytical, interpersonal & communication skills.
Possess “can do” attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, practical creativity, a strong determination & commitment to deliver results.
Good command of both spoken & written English.
Computer-literate & have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel / Words / PowerPoint. Literacy in using Internet Explorer and other social media applications is a plus.
