Customer Development Support Manager

Accountabilities:

  • Developing and leading the sales team to deliver key business goals.
  • Develop authorized distributor and also expand opportunity with new partner
  • Manage sales performance and gross profit 
  • Implement channel execution plan to achieve sales target, distribution, budget & campaign objectives and execution excellence
  • Analyze sales data of sales and distribution in order to proactively develop action plan to facilitate the sales growth
  • Prepare related weekly & monthly performance report (sales progress vs target, spending, promotion plan and evaluation) and also promotion sales brief to guide sales team for next month direction.
  • Manage, motivate and coach team members in order to achieve company monthly and yearly targets and strengthen team capability
  • Regular visit distributor



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales management (Food Service or Agent)
  • Willing to take on challenging tasks and able to work under pressure.
  • Good command of both spoken & written English.
  • Computer-literate & have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel / Words / PowerPoint.
  • Possess "can do" attitude, Committed, Self-driven, Initiative and prioritize task, Problem Solving
