Showroom Supervisor

Supervise all showroom members and assist the sales manager in achieving sales goals and objectives, usually by implementing and implement action plan of showroom align with business plan and by directing and motivating the sales team to actively contributing to the development of core business target which drive sustainable profitable growth, increasing sales capability. 

  • Supervise team member who work on floor to complete all process under organization regulation and supervise team to be product consultant to customer 

  • Cascade the plan and monitor the implementation within team members

  • Ensure timely execution of all implementation and marketing promotional activities 

  • Ensure sales performance of customers in field operations and ensure the account operational excellence

    To be customer service representative,
     Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.

  • Ensure internal control of working process including demand forecast, promotion brief and evaluation, accounting settlement, and sales off take record 

    Monitor showroom operation system stock on hand, stock in, stock out, billing and cashier control, showroom key managing and all related document to control all operation on field

    Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, or adjusting bills.

    *During Showroom supervisor taking leave, all document and process will thru to higher level at manage authority 

 

Showroom Product Consultant (PC) - outsource

  • To be customer service representative, Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.

  • Confer with customers by telephone/email or in person to provide quotation, information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints

  • Responsible for ensuring that products appear in the showroom/shelf at the appropriate time and in the correct quantities. 

  • Monitor operation system stock on hand, stock in-stock out counting and monitoring, billing, tax invoice issuing and all related document to control all operation on field and report to head office

  • Gartering information on customers’ reactions to the products 

  • Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, or adjusting bills.
