Procurement Officer – Packaging

Accountabilities:

  • Operate procurement daily operation in Packaging category (Carton, Gift Box and Plastic component).
  • Facilitate bids, analysis, negotiations and delivery scheduling for good and service especially Packaging Category.
  • Manage internal requirement with key supplier through supporting activity including ordering, communication, Monitoring (Volume/delivery time changes), issue resolution, Sharing of end user feedback, follow up on back order, etc.
  • Work with management to report and monitor process compliance. 
  • Contribute cost saving / Cost avoidance goal.  

 

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree. 
  • 1-3 years’ experience in Procurement especially Packaging category is preferred.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft office, SAP or Other ERP.
  • Good Command of both spoken & written English.
  • Service & Results Oriented.
  • Be able work under pressure.
