Senior Business Development Executive - Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Vietnam, Philippines
- Manage and drive company business for execution all the sales plan and marketing campaign.
- Achievement of monthly and annual sales targets jointly with Line Supervisor.
- Quarterly Marketing report concerned to overall business of tableware in Retail HORECA business and updating for all competitors’ activities in the market.
- Develop sales channel in order to cover all the target business areas.
- Business plan and Sales forecasts on the responsible market.
- Cooperate with the company brand team for responsible in managing, directing, setting and coordinating with third party merchandising teams to achieve merchandising plan-o-grams.
- Work with the distributor and factory for the production plan to secure the market share and company’s service level.
- Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Logistics or related fields
- 2-3 years experience at least in Export Sales field
- Self motivated and able to work independently
- Good command of both spoken & written English and Japanese
- Computer-literate & have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, negotiation & communication skills
- Possess “can do” attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, practical creativity, a strong determination & commitment to deliver results
