HR Support Manager –TA&SS

Accountabilities: 

Talent Acquisition

  • Plan annual recruitment program to meet the objectives and the ongoing pursuit of excellence in the recruitment function.
  • Lead the recruitment of staff and team through the presentation, interview and selection phases of the process.
  • Ensure the timely and quality hiring for vacant and new positions based on defined position profiles.
  • Match the right candidates with the business needs and the company culture. 
  • Establish and execute creative methods and techniques for sourcing candidates.

Shared Services

  • Lead in all HR Service Delivery, Employment, People Movement, HR Transactions, Employee Benefits & Welfare Services, HRIS & HR database and system & process improvement projects.                  
  • Delivering and continuously improving end-to-end HR processes, policies and systems aligned with both HR and business strategies
  • Enabling ongoing execution and delivery of routine, standardized HR solutions
  • Process administration and transaction execution
  • Tracking, monitoring and aggressively managing service performance of outsourced service partners through Service Level Agreements
  • Enabling and ensuring HR services and  solutions are delivered with the “right quality” at the “right cost” and on the “right time”

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management or any other related field. 
  • Minimum 6 years of work experience in HR Management, Compensation & Benefits and Talent Acquisition; preferably with a minimum of 3 years experience as HR Shared Service or Recruitment in a business with both Manufacturing & Trading
  • Proactive, Initiative, good analytical, interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Possess “can do” attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, practical creativity, a strong determination & commitment to deliver results.
  • Good command of both spoken & written Thai and English. 
  • Connect well with other people, out-going, matured and trustworthiness personality.
  • Computer-literate and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel / Words / PowerPoint.
